Important information about our rental terms and conditions
Rental Requirements
- Minimum age: 23 years
- Valid driving license held for at least 1 year
- Passport or ID card
- Credit card for security deposit
Rental Inclusions

- Free delivery and pickup on Mahe Island
- VAT and local taxes
Insurance Coverage
Our standard rental includes Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with an excess of SCR 5,000 - 10,000 depending on the vehicle category.
Optional Super CDW is available to reduce or eliminate the excess amount for an additional daily fee.
Security Deposit
A security deposit ranging from SCR 5,000 to SCR 10,000 (depending on the vehicle category) will be pre-authorized on your credit card at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.
Fuel Policy
We provide the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, and we expect it to be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, a refueling fee will be charged based on the current fuel prices plus a service fee.
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup: 1 day rental fee
- No-shows: 2 days rental fee
Additional Services
- Additional driver: SCR 100 per rental
- Child seat: SCR 150 per rental
- GPS navigation: SCR 100 per day
- Mobile WiFi hotspot: SCR 150 per day
